Low Flat Rate $9.65 *Please note to qualify for our low rate shipping, items must fit in one (1) parcel 1 metre or under in length, and weigh under 10kgs. A surcharge will apply for multiple and oversized heavy packages, hazardous goods (e.g. all aerosol cans and flammable goods) and remote locations. We will contact you if that is the case..

All orders are delivered using Trans Direct. Trans Direct is partnered with Australia’s leading courier networks. Several courier options are available to us, generally, we use Australia Post, Courier’s Please or Fastway. If you wish to use a specific courier or freighting company please contact us at [email protected].

Orders will generally be shipped within 5-7 business days and in the unlikely event that we cannot supply an item we will refund that particular product.

Please Note during Covid-19 Delays are to be expected, some products showing may be out of stock.

We do not part ship orders. If an order is split into separate parts, each parcel will incur a freight charge.

We do not ship internationally. We only ship within Australia.

PO Boxes – We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

BULKY AND DANGEROUS GOODS

Orders for bulky or dangerous goods to remote areas will require a shipping quote, which you will be notified of at checkout. Our customer service team will then send you a shipping quote attached to your order within one business day for review.

TRACKING NUMBERS

Tracking numbers are available by request. If you would like express delivery, please call or email us to arrange a quote. We cannot guarantee the exact timing for delivery of your goods.

We do all we can to send out the goods as soon as possible. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if any items in your order are damaged. Damaged goods must be returned at your expense, accompanied by a valid receipt, before any repairs, replacement or credit note can be initiated.

We do not charge any handling fees on orders.

PICK UP IN STORE

Collect your online order from us. This is a free service and there are no delivery charges. Once your order is ready, the collection time is at your convenience. When an order is made you can pick up your order on the same day providing the items are in stock.

Note: Photo ID must be presented along with a printed out order confirmation when picking up the goods.
